The 2^nd Session of the 4^th Workers’Congress of Group Corporation and Summing-up and Commendation Conference of 2009 opened

       On the morning of March 6th , The 2nd Session of the 4th Workers’Congress of Group Corporation and Summing-up and Commendation Conference of 2009 opened at Weifang Hotel. The conference conducted six items.

        General manager Zhu Jiuzhou delivered work report to the conference, reviewed and summed up the great accomplishment, pointed out the weakness in the management; after analyzing future situations, he delivered seven measures to unify the development thinking of all the staff in the new circumstances.
      Entrusted by general manger, Zhang Xuezhi in charge of finance, delivered report about final accounts of 2009 and budget plan of 2010. Chairman of Board of Supervisors, Vice secretary of party committee, secretary of discipline inspection commission, Teng Zhongbin read out commendation circular, announcing nearly hundred honors in the past year and commending 73 units and 93 advanced individuals.
     Deputy director of Weifang Housing, Urban and Rural Construction Bureau; director of Construction Engineering Bureau Ge Jiqing was invited to attend the conference and delivered speech. He highly appraised the great achievement of the company in the past year and exemplary role of aiding Sichuan, fully affirming the dedication of all the staff and putting forward requirements about future development of group corporation from five fields of improving core competitive power, exploiting advantage, integrating resources, technology innovation and construction for aiding Sichuan. President, Party committee secretary Xu Pengqiang made the important speech. He expressed his sincere gratitude to all the staff and congratulations to advanced units and individuals, and put forward new requirements to the leaders and managers. During his talks, he analyzed management current situation and the internal relation between “ask for help” and self-help, and put forward six requirements. The first is to change mode and structure to make Changda Construction Group become city comprehensive operator. The second is to refine scientific management to get rid of interior imbalance of the group corporation. The third is to strengthen training to speed up talented construction. The fourth is to live up to the expectations of leaders at all level to do a good job of scientific and technological innovation management year of the group corporation and advance information construction, and try its best to finish the promotion of special grade qualification in 2010. The fifth is to work hard, remain plain, pragmatic, innovative and guard against conceit and impetuosity, with the spirit of constructing small enterprise to construct big enterprise and restart a new undertaking. The sixth is to learn from leaders of construction bureau and Beichuan Construction participants to do a good job of key projects, and try its best to realize output value of 5 billion Yuan and show it as the gift for the 60^th anniversary of the establishment of Group Corporation next year. The conference was chaired by Chairman of Labor Union of Group Corporation Li Kunming. 184 people, including all senior leaders, the fourth workers representatives , observer-representatives and commended staff, attended the conference. The conference has finished fixed tasks and achieved complete success. The conference closed victoriously with solemn 《National Anthem》at 11:58 AM.
